How DBR removes you
We send a CCPA opt-out email from our authorized-agent address. The email asks Jverify, Inc. to delete your record under California §1798.105 — and only includes the four identifiers needed for them to find you (name, city, state). The body never includes your phone, email, or full address history.
What we'll never do
- Volunteer your phone, full address history, or any identifier the broker didn't already index. We only send what they ask for.
- File legal complaints in your name. If Jverify, Inc. ignores a request past the statutory deadline, we compile the evidence packet for you to sign and submit yourself.
