We submit the opt-out form directly to Neighbor.Report on your behalf — you don't have to navigate their site. We capture a screenshot before and after, then re-check 45 days later to verify the listing is actually gone.
What we'll never do
- Volunteer your phone, full address history, or any identifier the broker didn't already index. We only send what they ask for.
- File legal complaints in your name. If Neighbor.Report ignores a request past the statutory deadline, we compile the evidence packet for you to sign and submit yourself.
